These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TenchoAI's websites and products, including Beaver and StarMap (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Beaver is currently offered in private beta, and StarMap capabilities may be rolled out progressively. Beta features may change, be limited in availability, or be discontinued at any time without notice as we continue to develop the Services.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when requesting access to or registering for the Services, and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe others' rights, reverse-engineer our software, interfere with or overload our systems, or generate or upload content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive.
4. Your Content & Knowledge Graph
You retain ownership of the brand data, content, and materials you upload or generate through the Services ("Your Content"). You grant TenchoAI a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
5. AI-Generated Output
Beaver and StarMap use AI to generate applications, content, and other output based on Your Content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or relying on it.
6. Intellectual Property
TenchoAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our software, platform, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as intended.
7. Fees & Beta Access
Access to Beaver and StarMap is currently invite-only and provided free of charge during the beta period. If we introduce paid plans, we will communicate pricing and billing terms separately before they apply to you.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services that are not owned or controlled by TenchoAI. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," particularly during the beta period, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenchoAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a beta feature or Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TenchoAI's place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
